Remember Your Customers
As the year draws to a close, remember the customers that got you here.
Give a thank you note to them for being part of a wonderful year. This will give you a chance to reconnect and strengthen your relationship with them.
Share with your customer your trials and your successes and reinforce your commitment to keep helping them in the year to come. Ask if they have any special plans for the next year in which you could be of assistance. Ask if there were any product or service issues in the past year that they would like to address and make a note to address them.
The aim is to keep the conversation with your customer alive, so you can maintain a healthy relationship with them. Aim to find out their needs and requirements as well as their goals and see how you can help them achieve them.
You’ve come this far serving your customer, and you want to continue the journey. Assure them that your service will not only continue, you will continue to improve upon your service through their feedback to be a long-term partner for them.
Make sure the customer knows that you are a reliable partner that will stick with them and make sure that as you celebrate your mutual success now, you will continue to make efforts for their success in future as well.
